I am slowing down and giving myself time to assimi I am slowing down and giving myself time to assimilate the growth I made from New Moon to Full Moon. I am letting go of what is no longer relevant or doesn't serve me. I am deeply tuning in to how I feel and what my truth is. This week I realised I had stopped journalling in the mornings, so I am returning to that. I asked myself what other self-care routines have I let go of? I find it's the daily routines that keep me on an even keel and prevent or lessen the impact of challenging times. It's been a life long journey to establish and maintain these routines. This week I realised that I have been feeling lowered self-respect for some time, and also asked myself what extra support do I need in my routine? I am considering the Mirror Work by Louise Hay. A couple of years ago I began telling myself "I deeply love you Pamela" and it made a profound difference. Maybe it's time to develop that. Have you done Mirror Work?
